SMS Terms of Service

Version 1.0 – Effective Date: July 1, 2025

Note: This SMS Terms of Service governs customer service-related SMS messages sent by an AI-powered voice agent provided by AI Agents 4 Business on behalf of our small business clients. This is not a replacement for our full Terms of Service.

Agreement to Receive Text Messages

Why You May Receive a Text Message:
If your call to a small business (such as a plumber, doctor, or service provider) is missed or unanswered, it may be forwarded to an AI-powered voice agent provided by AI Agents 4 Business. This voice agent may ask if you’d like to receive an SMS message confirming your service request or providing helpful next steps.

Consent-Based Messaging:
You will only receive a text message if you give verbal consent during the call (e.g., by pressing 1 or saying “yes” when prompted). If you do not consent, you will not receive any text messages.

If you give verbal consent, you acknowledge that the AI-powered voice agent may send you a one-time text message related to your inquiry or service request on behalf of the business you attempted to contact.

Message Type and Frequency:
You will receive only one message per interaction unless you initiate further communication. These messages may include:

  • Confirmation that your request has been received

  • Status updates or instructions on what to expect next

  • A follow-up from the service provider (if appropriate)

We do not send promotional or marketing messages as part of this service.

To Opt Out:
If you receive a message and wish to opt out of future communications, you may reply STOP at any time to the number that messaged you. You may also text HELP for more information.

Message and Data Rates:
Standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge you for messages sent.

Data We Collect:
To provide this service, we may collect limited information including your phone number, your mobile carrier, the time/date of interaction, and your expressed consent. This data is used solely to fulfill your request and will not be sold, shared, or used for marketing.

Participating U.S. Carriers Include:
AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, Cricket, and others.
T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
